Return & Replacement Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction: We want you to love our skincare and cosmetics products. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Here's our policy on returns and replacements:

Cancellation Policy:

    • Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. This ensures prompt fulfillment and prevents unnecessary delays.
    • COD orders can be cancelled only during the verification call or message. After that, cancellation is not possible.
    • Address or contact information changes: We can accommodate these within 12 hours of order placement or before shipment (whichever is earlier).
    • Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

Return and Replacement Policy:

    • Eligible products: Products purchased from Dream Wings Beauty are eligible for return or replacement if they meet the following conditions:
        • Received in a physically damaged condition
        • Different from their description on the product detail page
        • Damaged during transit or delivery
        • Incorrect product shipped
    • Timeline for returns: Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Conditions for returns:
        • Products must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and seals intact.
        • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used cosmetics or skincare products, unless they are damaged or defective.
    • Process for returns:
        1. Contact us at support@dreamwingsbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
        1. Provide your order number, product details, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of any damage or defect.
        1. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
        1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
        1. Ship the package back to us using the provided label.
    • Refunds or replacements:
        • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, as per your preference.
        • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.
        • Replacements will be shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving the returned item.
    • Exceptions:
        • We cannot accept returns for products purchased at a discount or during a sale.
        • We cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
        • We cannot accept returns for gift cards.
